How to Apply to be the 2010 Beneficiary

The Wolfeboro Festival of Trees Committee will be meeting in August to choose the 2010 beneficiary. Any Wolfeboro area non-profit service organization interested in being considered should submit a letter of application containing the following information by August 5th, 2010.

  • Name and address of the organization
  • Non-profit status qualification
  • Mission Statement
  • Specific use of the funds
  • Annual budget
  • List of Board Members

Your organization must be willing to participate in the event. Specifically, the beneficiary is asked to:

  • Supply and decorate a tree for the event
  • Provide a mailing list of members to be used for invitations to the Gala
  • Designate a liason to attend FOT planning meetings
  • Provide and serve refreshments (cookies & punch) during the weekend public hours
  • Provide staffing assistance during setup of the trees
  • Provide four members to serve in the bar area during the night of the Gala
